Welcome to the boards. Here are the general rules you must follow to be a member. If you do not follow these rules, I or my team will not hesitate to exicute your character and ban you from this site. You have been warned...

1. Be respectful. Everyone is here to have a good time. We don't want it to be ruined by rude people who don't know how.

2. No out of character violence. We realize that it is a part of the game, but anything too overboard will not be tolerated.

3. I will kick anyone's ass who puts any sort of spam on here personally! Don't waste space, it messes up the site. Also, no full threads for advertisements. Put a link to your websites in your signature if you want people to see it.

4. I will allow some profanity, as it's human nature to use it, but some things are just unecessary. There's no need to be crude. You should know where to stop. In fact, I'm going to say that ass, hell, and damn are the only words you can use. That doesn't mean that every single post should consit only of those three words either.

5. Don't screw with the moderators. They have powers assigned by me and are allowed to use them. They are here to help and have fun, just like the rest of us. If you piss them off, I'm going to let them deal with you approapriately.

6. RP rules are as follows:

  • No powerplaying (controlling other characters that are not your own)
  • No godmoding (abusing your power as a moderator to make other members' lives hell)
  • No flames (disrespecting this game or what we do)

7. Grammar and spelling are important believe it or not. Understandably, mistakes will be made, but try to keep it legible. Use words that are actually in the dictionary. No ghetto slang that no one will understand. AnD nO pOsTiNg LiKe ThIs! Any posts that do not comply will be deleted without warning.

8. There are certain ranks for certain guilds, which means that certain people will be higher up the food chain than you. Respect them accordingly. Likewise, if you are of higher rank than someone, do not abuse it. It can be taken away from you.

Follow these general rules and everything should be great for you. If you have any problems or questions, please PM me. I'll get it taken care of.

Rules specific to the guild that you want to join will be under those threads. Those must be read and followed as well as these rules.

That should be all for now... if I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

This is a rule that I just thought of, effective immediately.

NO SKOOMA POSTS

I understand that skooma is fun for some of you guys to write about, but in my opinion it's gotten way out of hand over at the DB board. It's not necessary to write about skooma unless it's just about some NPC who's using just in passing (this would be specific for someone like Akkar who's character lives underneath a skooma den). I don't to see whole threads devoted to skooma using. There should be no registered characters using in any thread. NPC's only, and even then it should be in moderation. Thanks in advance.
