((I don't know who these would come from, guys since they're just odd jobs, but we'll just say they're in the help wanted section of the Black Horse. At any rate, it gets you a karma boost and it makes you feel all tingly inside to help a citizen, so pick some up and do something with yourselves, huh?))

~~Scamps in Skingrad:~~ There is a Dunmer in Skingrad named Salasus Morvaain who keeps finding scamps in his basement. He didn't summon them, so someone else had to. Get rid of the scamps and find out who's putting them there. You may try asking at the pub where Salasus works to see if there's anyone in particular that doesn't like him.

Waking the Undead: There's been an immense outbreak in Necromancy around the Bravil area and the local Mage's Guild needs help. Go there and get the locations from them. Get rid of the Necromancers.

Trouble in the Briar Patch: It seems that a Breton woman named Alana Gorvon is losing her crops during the night. She swears on her life that it's her neighbor, a Bosmer named Elliware, but he'll tell you it's trolls. Find out what's happening and get rid of the problem. ((take this one in the Countryside thread))
